Oh for a day at the circus!!

I remember going to see the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus growing up. The cool circus programs, seeing my first lion show, the amazing wire acts, and of course the elephants. Elephants back then were almost larger than life and still are as far as I'm concerned. Even though I was only in grade school when we went I still remember much of the acts that went on, many of the faces, and the way I felt that day. Why?
