Bibi and Mimi are too cute for words!!

Are those shoes not the cutest thing you have ever seen? Connor has a pair of dinosaur shoes from Bibi and Mimi and we are in love.

They are soft they almost feel like silk the dinosaur's spikes are not sewn down around the edges so when the shoes mold to the foot the spikes stick up a bit which gives an adorable 3D effect!

If you have not talked about shoes with your pediatrician yet you really should. If you will be mostly inside soft soled shoes are the best and most natural way for your children to not only wear shoes but learn to walk. Connor wears soft soles exclusively unless we will be outside a lot that day and even then he only wears the most flexible solid soled shoes I can find. I do not put anything on his feet hard or soft that I cannot curl around my hand and preferably they need to be so soft I can ball them up into a fist. Bibi and Mimi's shoes are so soft they are almost like wearing thick socks (I can fit the 18-24 size totally within my fist they are so buttery soft)!

One really unusual aspect about the Bibi and Mimi soft soled shoes is the soles and liners of these shoes are black unlike most other soft soles you will find the soles and liners are tan or brown. You have no idea how excited I was to see that as though it doesn't seem like a big deal the real advantage to the black is the only problem with soft sole shoes is without fail it seems at some point they step in something or cram something in their shoe that stains the soles and liner. Personally I hate stains on clothing even on shoes and that drives me nuts. I love our soft sole shoes but after a while those soles start looking a bit blotchy and I have to admit it erks me every single time I see the bottom of Connor's feet. With the black soles you no longer have to worry about stains though I do see the dog hairs stuck to the bottom of his shoes easier.
