Happy Birthday Super Hero Boy and my wonderful little man.

Can you believe this blog has been going strong over three years now? The fact that the blog turned three means one thing and one thing only. My little boy, the center of my known universe, is growing up along with it! Connor turned three April 25th and just shortly before that Super Hero Boy turned three as well. That's three years you guys have put up with us and three glorious years I've spent with someone who changed my life from the moment I found out he was growing inside me. Our name may have changed but I'd like to think we just progressed forward into what the future holds, into the fact that there are two little boys under my feet these days, and who knows what the future holds?

Connor,

You're three... THREE.. I'm not even sure how that happened. It just seems like yesterday I was videotaping your first steps. The last three years have gone by so fast I wonder at least fifty times a day if I've missed something important. It was just few months ago that your little face still even resembled a baby.. chubby cheeks and I was still rocking you to sleep on those nights you had problems falling asleep on your own. How did you get so big in such a short period of time. You can dress yourself these days though I don't always agree you need to wear a sweater on 90 degree days I love the fact that you always go for the shirt with a monster on it regardless if its short sleeved or long. In just the last few months you've gone from just being able to say a few words on the telephone to actually having whole conversations. Just listening to you tonight tell me about your day at the beach with Maw Maw and Paw Paw took my breath away. I'm so ridiculously proud but it makes me a little sad that you seem to be growing up so fast I can't even keep up with it anymore. Your brother will be right behind you any second, I see the way he watches you play and I know he wishes he could get right down onto the floor with you and he will before I'm ready for that to happen. I can't even tell you how much I love our "big hugs" and "big kisses" or the fact that you demand I give them to you. Please remeber that when your "bigger BIGGER BIGGGGGER" like you always say... as Mommy will still need her "BIG Hugs and BIG kisses" no matter how big Connor gets.

I love you,

Mommy

Stay tuned next week for some birthday themed giveaways and reviews. I will be reviewing some of the gifts Connor got for his birthday as well as some other cool gift ideas!
