Mickey Mouse is iconic symbol of childhood. Mickey Mouses episodes where a staple of after school time. The new Mickey Mouse Clubhouse release Mickey's Big Splash is really a big upgrade to the Mickey episodes that I watched as a kid.
Presented in a really brightly animated CGI, Mickey's Big Splash includes four episodes. Our favorite episode was Pete's Beach Blanket Luau, Pete is hosting a beach party at this big star shaped lake. It's hot and the guys want to cool off at the beach. Connor promptly screamed "hot burn" When he saw them on the sand after his recent visit to the beach he learned the challenges of the beach on a hot day. heh.
After your done watching the four episodes there is a really cute game included in the extras that has you help set up the luau by picking the things that shouldn't be there. It was the first dvd game that Connor could actually help me play, which was pretty exciting. My little man is growing up so fast!

I'm a traditionalist, and Mickey is and will always be my favorite. You should see my house, he is ALL over it. We live in Celebration, FL the town designed by Disney Imagineers (originally, a lot has changed), and we are only a 5 min. drive from Disney World - via our own road!! Gotta love it here :-)
