I've always been a big fan of yogurt since I was a little person, not that I'm overly big now at 4'10 but you get the point. So as I've gotten older I've always appreciated the fact that yogurt is one of those "deserts" that tastes great and really makes you feel like you've eaten something bad for you but for the most part its really good for you. Well, I have decided to walk every day before anything else and I am doing it! It takes inflammation down and I am resigned to do this for the reat of my life. I am also cutting back alot on carbs and there are weeks I do a low carb diet for my health. Both of these things are necessary since I have arthritis and this takes care of it sans drugs!
I also try to get my family on board and do very healthy cooking all from scratch.

I am a yogurt fan as well. I also started feeding to my young ones when they were little and they are all yogurt fans as well. It's good and good for you. I eat it with an apple for lunch on somedays when I am super busy!
