I love yogurt so this is a huge plus!

I've always been a big fan of yogurt since I was a little person, not that I'm overly big now at 4'10 but you get the point. So as I've gotten older I've always appreciated the fact that yogurt is one of those "deserts" that tastes great and really makes you feel like you've eaten something bad for you but for the most part its really good for you. So when Yoplait offered me the chance to try out their new Yo-Plus Yogurt I was pretty excited.

Yoplait Yo-Plus Yogurt combines the great taste of yogurt with probiotic cultures, fiber, and vitaims to give your yogurt a whole extra healthy kick that many of us really need. I'm sure your thinking "Probiotic? You mean that stuff that helps your digestic tract? I'm not old I don't need help pooping". Ok maybe thats a little to much info but seriously stress, lack of sleep, not having time to eat a healthy diet, you know all those things that are so common of mom's and well women in general do a real number on your digestive tract. Not to mention your health and weight. Yo-plus is one of those great tasting snacks that will keep you on your diet at only 110 calories per serving but it will also help your body stay on track as well.

So I was curious if all these fancy additives would have an affect of the simple pleasures of yougurt, you know its great taste! I went out and got two flavors to try the vanilla and the new blueberry acai and I can tell you without a doubt that it may just be my favorite yogurt to date. The flavors do not have any weird aftertastes or unusual textures its actually one of the creamy full flavored yogurts I've ever eaten. I liked it so much I ended up going out and buying three more boxes the next week and tried to stick the the one per day recommendations by yoplait. They are totallly safe and healthy for kids and even infants to eat so Connor got to try them as well and he attempts to take them out of the fridge every time we go in there to get him a glass of juice or milk.

My doctor says I HAVE to lose weight so I'm going to exercise - walk the dog, pop in an exercise video, and dance around the house. I will also start watching waht I eat - less fast food and more veggies and fruit.

I am vowing to take off the baby weight that hasn't melted off (my baby is 4 months old). I need to get out and use the stroller - the weather is so nice right now that it is great motivation. I also vow to eat healthier and buy more organic products!

Well, I have decided to walk every day before anything else and I am doing it! It takes inflammation down and I am resigned to do this for the reat of my life. I am also cutting back alot on carbs and there are weeks I do a low carb diet for my health. Both of these things are necessary since I have arthritis and this takes care of it sans drugs!
I also try to get my family on board and do very healthy cooking all from scratch.

I am a yogurt fan as well. I also started feeding to my young ones when they were little and they are all yogurt fans as well. It's good and good for you. I eat it with an apple for lunch on somedays when I am super busy!
