I want to go to the zoo!

Since we have been spending a good amount of time on the living room floor the last few days attempting to keep Connor from thinking about how awful he feels I've been trying to bring the adventures to him. This time of year is my favorite time to go to the zoo, it's getting cooler outside and the animals are more active. We have a Zoo membership so we can go as often as we like and I had plans on taking Connor this week while I was out of school on break but unless he starts feeling better we may not make it this week. It's ok though as we have our own little zoo in the middle of our living room!

They had me at hello when I saw the new 10" Plumed Basilisk plush! I've always wanted to get Connor a pet lizard but with our current eight dogs and my school schedule I'm not sure I can handle another body to take care of so at the moment he will have to settle for his outdoor reptile friends, or colony of House Geckos that live on the carport and the Green Anole that lives in my mailbox. In the meantime though he can enjoy his new basilisk.
