Looking for a great painting for your little one's room? Bumblebird on Etsy carrys some of the most divine original paintings I've seen.
Simplistic, Whimsy, Timeless, all words I would use to describe her original works of art. Just browsing through her work leaves you with a feeling that you have been traveling through a magical forest full of characters that seems so familuar. Its conforting and the colors go well to match most children's room decor.
Stanley so far is my favorite character. A small vanilla colored corduroy bunny he is seen in several of Bumblebird's items including this great print.
Though if a painting of Stanley isn't close up and personal enough for you, every little kid will appreciate a huggeable Stanley to carry around. Connor loves his Stanley so much its not uncommon to see Stanley snuggled up beside Connor at nap time or being drug around the house by his ears (poor Stanley). Stanley never seems to mind his ears being pulled and is always ready to snuggle even after hours and hours of being manhandled around the house. On a mom note, Stanley is quite small (only 16 inches top to bottom and he squishes down smaller than that) and easy to put in your purse or stash in the diaper bag. He is washable and he is safe for infants as there are no removable parts or buttons attached. Though I always recommend you monitor your child with any toy!
Stanley's friends also make great companions including Rory and Stella!

My favorite prints are Nina in Sunflowers and Fuzzy Wuzzy. Both make me feel so peaceful. That's a good thing!
This work is fabulous! I love all of the florwer prints -- especially dandelion as it has such a childhood purity in it with the excitement of finding one and blowing a wish from your heart. The tulip one I also enjoyed. Fuzzy wuzzy is darling --- It reminds me so much of each of my daughters and their beloved friends that get toted everywhere. The bunny wunnt garden print has also stolen my heart -- bright colors, pure, lovely, not too childish yet something a child would still adore. Beautiful work!

I adore Stella. I had a cat named Stella years ago and she was so girly girl and had a lovely pink collar. So, this Stella reminds me of that Stella.
I would love to give her a home and then I look at Stanley ( my other favorite) and say, but they should be together...
They are all just precious. They look so "cuddle-able".

The mushroom love painting is the cutest! I would love to hang it up in the nursery im working on for my new baby! What a great find, is there anything Etsy can't do!
I would without a doubt choose the dandilions painting. When we started school at the beginning of this school year my youngest was going into pre-k. I walk/ed to drop off and pick up so everyday was a mile walk for my littlest legs. One day as we walked to school we came across some dandilions beside the sidewalk and I told my daughter that they were wishing flowers. She was having a bad day and didn't want to go to school; well, she picked up the flower, made a wish and blew on it to make her whish come true.
Ever since then, my daughter has a grand ol' time going to school in hopes that she'll find a wishing flower for the day...That painting would be my choice.

The bumblebird dots and stripes are my two favorite (I couldn't decide between the two). They are a great pair because they would fit perfectly in a room in my house that has both stripe and dots as the theme.
