Book Review : Busy Mom's Devotional

The Busy Mom's Devotional
by Lisa Tawn Bergren

If you are truly looking for a way to relax and find time each day to talk to god this book will help you do that.

This book is laid out over 52 weeks (a whole year) there is a 10 minute devotional for each week. Anyone can find that amount of time to focus.

Designed for mom's with very little time in their schedule this devotional is excellent if you would love to try one but don't feel you have the time to work every day on such a workbook. With that said if your looking for a devotional that you do every day and takes a good amount of time this one is not for you.

Lisa's work is always so wonderfully written and thoughtfully laid out. I would like to take a second to thank Lisa for all of the books we have reviewed and for the following giveaway!

I would love to read The Begotten. In Sunday School I am always taking issue with Paul's view of women, ie, he seen to want them in a submissive role so I would really enjoy reading a totally diferent point of view regarding the letters he wrote - and their impact on Christian thought.

God encounter sounds interesting.

I was going to say What Women Want because it sounded right up my alley (hi, "SOFT" Bible study sounds easy enough to understand to me!) but then I read about God Gave us TWO. I just picked up God Gave Us YOU in the store the other day... and I didn't know the TWO existed! How perfect for our family. :)
