My favorite Barney yet!!

I've never claimed to be one of those super girlie girls, though it seems as I get older I move more in that direction but growing up I preferred to play hard with the boys and spend my days in the woods playing fort. When the boys were gone though, I secretly longed to be the fairy princess and dreamed of my knight in shining armor on the white horse. Its possible I may have just always been a little princess in hiding but even now as I get older I still enjoy fairy tales over almost anything else when it comes to movies and reading.

Barney I've always felt was a bit more on the boyish side of shows than girls, but his new feature Barney's Once Upon a Dino Tale delivers fairy tales like you have never seen them, Dino style! Barney's new movie includes the tales retold by Barney and his friends including : Alice in Wonderland, The Fisherman and His Wife, Cinderella, The Emperor's Contest, The Lion and the Mouse, and Princess Pumpernickel. I did laugh when I just read the included stories as Pumpernickel was an all time favorite word when I was little, only because its just fun to say, so I warn you now don't be surprised if your little one starts chanting Pumpernickel here and there, then again quite possibly that's just me.

Watching Barney in each of these fairy tales was hilarious, something about that big purple dinosaur dressed up in his hats is hilarious. If your a Barney lover you will be thrilled by this new edition and if your new to the series you will really enjoy the adaptations of Barney on some classic fairy tales!
