I am in love with Funkie Baby!

I was first drawn to her baby products from the sheer fact that looking at her product catalog is like going into a candy store... so many great colors, designs, prints, its all makes you a bit dizzy at first as you know its going to be hard to pick just one.

I ended up going with the Sparklin Skulls design which is so pretty and colorful I almost feel guilty getting it dirty. The Soak Proof Bib is generiously sized, easy to wash, and looks great (the print also is great for hiding those little oops stains by the way)!

The one product I was most excited about, as simple as it sounds, was the go mats. A simple, flat, easily fold able diaper changing pad which I know all of you are saying, So? Well for all of you out there that have one of those plastic diaper changing pads that takes up a quarter of your diaper bag and is awful on hot days as it sticks to everything... STOP.. listen up. The Go Mat at Funkie Baby is not only beautiful (you can choose from one of many prints), it folds up so small it fits in my purse. Made of a double sided cotton it does everything you need it to do without all the extra bulk of thicker diaper changing pads. Mind you its not quite as easy to wipe off but believe me for the times Ive had a messy enough of a time I've actually gotten my changing pad dirty I will happily take that chance in exchange for extra room in the diaper bag!! Don't worry it does have a soak proof lining so if you spring a leak it won't go through. I honestly want another one to keep one at home and one in the diaper bag.

So what to do with all that extra space in your diaper bag? Well.. I have just the thing. The Roll and Go Travel Mat from Funkie Baby takes up about the same space as a traditional bulky diaper pad or baby blanket in your diaper bag (really even less) and it unrolls to make 40x60 play mat! With a triple thick soak proof lining you can play outside, have a picnic or take a nap on the floor without worrying about getting wet from the grass or messes getting on the floor. We use ours all the time for daytime naps on the floor as well as playing in the yard.
