The Twilight Turtle gets an ecofriendly upgrade!

We have been loving our Twilight Turtle from the moment he arrived, but when I saw his new brother the Twilight Sea Turtle I just had to get my hands on one. The Twilight Sea Turtle is very similar to the Twilight Turtle with a few cool changes!

Both the Twilight Turtle and the Twilight Sea Turtle feature a 45 minute automatic shut off night light option that projects a starry constellation on the ceiling. The Twilight Turtle features blue, green and amber lights where the Twilight Sea Turtle features ocean colors of blue, green and aquamarine. The big difference however is the fact that the Sea Turtle features different endangered animals on his back that light up as well independently from the constellation lights so you can use it as a separate night light as well. You push the endangered animal button and the light will light up each of the endangered animals which is a great way for you to talk about each of the animals and why they are endangered with your kids.

One major change I noticed about the Twilight Sea Turtle is that you can turn the lights off. On the Twilight Turtle once the lights are on without actually turning the whole unit off you have to wait for the timer to turn the lights off but on the Twilight Sea Turtle you can just push the button again and they will turn off. It's not necessary a big deal either way but its nice to save batteries if you don't need the lights a whole 45 minutes. Mind you I'm not sure that either unit uses much batteries as I've yet to have to change them.
