Shrek is a daddy now!

After Shrek Three you learn that Shrek and Fiona have some little ones now and nothing is more exciting if you ask me than a babies first Christmas. The only problem is Shrek has never even heard of Christmas!! How on earth do you ask did Shrek totally miss out on this Christmas thing his whole life? Well Shrek is an ogre after all and its not like ogres are totally into the holiday cheer get up. Watching Shrek trying to decorate in the snow reminds me of how impossible it is at times to try to put up lights when your hands are freezing.

Orginally made for a TV special Shrek The Halls is a thirty minute episode which if you ask me is pretty darn short. It basicly boils down to Shrek trying his best to provide Fiona and the babies the Christmas that she is dreaming of but like always Shrek isn't the most graceful ogre ever so things go wrong. In the end its Shrek that ends up feeling the stress of the holiday season which made me laugh a little as its usually moms that are the ones in the kitchen crying over the burnt cookies as they are usually the ones stuck trying to make everything perfect. All in all its a great episode especially for those of you who are Shrek nuts but I just wish it was about three times longer than it is!
